If you're not satisfied with the quality of RiceDesk-packed rice, dals, flours, millets, spices, dry fruits, or similar non-branded products, you can return them within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, refund, or store credit.

# 1. 7-Day Unconditional Return Policy (Non-Branded Products)
At RiceDesk, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Customers may return any non-branded product purchased from RiceDesk within 7 days of delivery, even if the product has been opened, provided a reasonable quantity remains for quality verification.

Eligible non-branded products include:
- Rice
- Dals & Pulses
- Atta & Flours
- Millets
- Whole Spices
- Powdered Spices
- Dry Fruits & Nuts
- Sugar
- Other RiceDesk-packed products

Customers may request:
- Replacement
- Store Credit
- Refund
No questions asked, subject to verification that the product was purchased from RiceDesk and is returned within the eligible period.

# 2. Branded Products
Branded and manufacturer-packed products may be returned only if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- The product is expired.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product packaging is tampered with before opening..

# 3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:
- A damaged product
- An expired product
- A missing item
- An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product details
- Photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Upon verification, RiceDesk may offer:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method

# 4. Quality Concerns
RiceDesk sources products carefully and maintains quality standards.
If you believe a product does not meet expected quality standards, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

- Product packaging details

# 5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

# 6. Cash on Delivery Orders
For eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds may be processed through UPI, bank transfer, or store credit.
